Packaging & Dispatch

At Black MillCollectables, we understand how important condition is to collectors. Whether you’re purchasing sealed products, graded cards, or collecting accessories, every order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives in the same condition it left us.

We use quality packaging materials as standard and take extra care when preparing orders to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are typically dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

UK Delivery

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm are typically dispatched the next working day.
  • Next Day Delivery is available as an upgrade at checkout.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate.

If multiple orders are placed to the same address on the same day, they may be combined into a single shipment where appropriate. If you require orders to be shipped separately, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


International Delivery

We ship to customers worldwide.

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their country’s customs authority.

Before placing an international order, we recommend checking your local import regulations to understand any potential charges that may apply.
