The power of TAG TEAM Pokémon-GX can prove devastating to your opponent in battle, and this can be clearly seen with the TAG TEAM Mewtwo & Mew-GX, featured in the Sun & Moon—Unified Minds expansion. This duo’s Perfection Ability allows it to use the attacks of any Pokémon-GX (or Pokémon-EX) on your Bench or in your discard pile. To take advantage of this Ability, let’s create a deck with eight different TAG TEAM cards!
In order to use other Pokémon’s attacks, however, Mewtwo & Mew-GX still needs the right kind of Energy for each one. To keep the pair properly energized, this deck runs 16 Special Energy cards, and Porygon-Z’s Crazy Code Ability lets you attach as many of them as you want every turn. Try to power up your Mewtwo & Mew-GX to use whatever attack works for the moment.
When your Pokémon is close to being Knocked Out, try to use Super Scoop Up to return it to your hand. Then, once it's back in play, you can attach all the Energy again immediately thanks to Porygon-Z.
